Ordering from this site creates an agreement between you and Xintu Africa on these terms. Prices are in South African rand and include VAT where applicable.

An order is only confirmed once payment is received and we have sent you a confirmation email. If an item sells out between your order and our confirmation, we will refund you in full. We would rather refund than ship you something you did not choose.

If a price is obviously wrong through a mistake on our side, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will tell you before we do.

Payments are processed by PayFast. We do not receive or store card details. Your payment is subject to PayFast's own terms as well as these.

Delivery timelines and the returns process are set out on the shipping and returns page and form part of these terms.

Where the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act applies, you may cancel an online purchase within 7 days of delivery without giving a reason and return the goods for a refund of the price, at your own cost of return.

These terms are governed by South African law, and nothing in them limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
