Shipping & returns

One flat rate to any address in South Africa, and delivery is free on orders over R500. The rate is shown in your cart before you pay, and again on the checkout page. We do not ship outside South Africa yet.

Orders placed before 12:00 on a business day go out the same day. Anything after that, or over a weekend or public holiday, goes out the next business day. Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days to a major centre and 3–7 days elsewhere.

You will get an email with a tracking reference as soon as your parcel is collected.

If a cap is not right, you have 14 days from delivery to send it back, unworn and with its tags on, for a full refund of the item price. Send us the order number and we will tell you where to send it.

Return postage is yours unless the cap arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing. In that case we cover it and refund the original delivery charge too.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid from, via PayFast, within 5 business days of the cap reaching us.

Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not affected by anything on this page. If a cap fails within six months through no fault of your own, you may choose a repair, a replacement or a refund.
